As Operations Manager, I oversee the entire operations of the Hotel. Operations include housekeeping, security, food service, Front Office and Maintenance.
I like most the working environment. There is a lot of Teamwork, and you feel part of a team and you’re not just a number.

Many of them, but on top of the list would be definitely a “Ricotta Kannoli”

Having worked in London, during my apprenticeship, makes it one of my favourite destinations
