Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our stay with you at Christmas and New Year. We could not fault the food or the hotel. It was first class and most enoyable. We have stayed in 5 star hotels that are not as good as the Waterfront. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were always clean and tidy. Bar service first class. Your hotel is in an excellent position for tours and bus services. It must have been really good because we have booked again for this Christmas and New year 2007/08 and recommanded our travel agent to recommend others to The Waterfront.
