Will you please pass on many thanks to all your staff for the excellent stay; I didn''t even bother to look under the bed as I just knew the whole room was spotless!
Your staff are delightful - very courteous, hard working and interesting to talk to, and seems genuinely keen that guests go away with the good impression of the hotel.
I particularly liked the large pool towels - I can''t stand those mean hotels that give you something the size of a handkerchief to dry yourself with!
Your porters are excellent, and I must congratulate your Receptionists who are knowledgeable, helpful and very concerned that guests are well looked after.
