" My wife and I recently had a 2 week holiday in your hotel. I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed staying in your hotel. I have to say how impressive all your staff were but forgive me if I single out a few names for special mention. Firstly, Charles the restaurant manager. No matter how busy, he always made us feel as though we were his only guests in the restaurant. Marvic at reception, so helpful, so patient. Joseph at the bar. Again made us feel very special with the service he gave. Lastly Jonathan from the pool bar and front of house. Always had time to talk and was always very attentive. Forgive me if I do not know the other name of your staff, however I did want to single out those who made us feel that the hotel cared just a little bit more.

If we get the chance we will certainly be back again.
